Help me build a PC

Hello forum. My name is Zitro and I need yor help. So I am planning to build a pc in the summer ( April ). I need a pc which is not total wallet overkill like a budget of 750$ to 800$. I need it for Gaming and recording and streaming all the the same time. Many suggest RYZEN but how does it perfrom with games? Editing software etc. Can some one help me fix my dilema

? Should I add anything new that comes out in the next 6-5 months?

New ryzen chips will be released
