Unturned can run on pretty much anything newer.  If you are sticking with the core2, then i'd get at most a gtx 1050, or an older card like a R7250.  Something cheap.

Grab a low profile 750Ti, I bet you can find them cheap on ebay these days.

Desktop: i9 11900k, 32GB DDR4, 4060 Ti 8GB 🙂

I agree with @Theguywhobea, 750ti or a new gt 1030. I think they perform around the same and seem to cost around the same price
