Is it a better option to spend extra for onboard wifi and bluetooth or to jut get adapters

getting a am4 board preferably b350

adaptors are better as not only can you transfer them to a new build, but are usually cheaper

Adapters as the adapters can be better and if you get a new pc you can

transfer them-

The TP-Link WDN 4800 is a good card, you might want a separate base that can be outside of or further away from your case.
