Posted November 11, 2017 Please vote above. I’m looking for a case that is aesthetically pleasing but still has good functionality for my build. Here are the specs of the system I will put in it: i7 8700k NZXT Kraken X62 ASUS ROG Strix z370-e atx ASUS STRIX 1080ti OC edition G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB EVGA B1 750 watt NZXT Hue+ Samsung 850 evo 1tb ssd HERE ARE THE CASES: Link to comment https://linustechtips.com/topic/858429-which-case-should-i-buy/ Share on other sites
 Posted November 11, 2017 The case you listed isn't an "Enthoo TG" - Enthoo is a lineup of cases, not one. That case is the Evolv ATX Glass. The evolv atx glass is fantastic, I used it in my latest build. The only issues I had was that radiator clearance isn't the best - if your using triple intake fans or a 280mm radiator, you can't use the hard drive cages. If you put a radiator at the top, it covers quite a lot of the motherboard up. Other then that, it's great. H700i sucks. It's pretty much just an S340 elite with a pointless "machine learning" fan controller that seems to always die on arrival, like everything else NZXT sells. It's overpriced and mediocre. Meshiify C is okay. Not really much to say because it's nothing special. I'd go for evolv atx glass. Main Rig CPU: Ryzen 2700X Cooler: Corsair H150i PRO RGB 360mm Liquid Cooler Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair VII Hero RAM: 16GB (2x8) Trident Z RGB 3200MHZ SSD: Samsung 960 EVO NVME SSD 1TB, Intel 1TB NVME Graphics Card: Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080Ti OC Case: Phanteks Evolv X Power Supply: Corsair HX1000i Platinum-Rated Radiator Fans: 3x Corsair ML120 Case Fans: 4x be quiet! Posted November 11, 2017 Don't come to the Cases and PSU forum with the EVGA 700B. There are many better options, and that wattage is unnecessary for those specs. The Evolv has pretty bad airflow. All the cases are fine. Given their pricing, I would take the Meshify C or Evolv. :) Link to comment https://linustechtips.com/topic/858429-which-case-should-i-buy/#findComment-10684077 Share on other sites
 Posted November 11, 2017 I would go for Fractal Meshify C because the inside is really spacious as Hardware Canucks Reviewed it "Make it future proof for some years at least, don't buy "only slightly better" stuff that gets outdated 1 year, that's throwing money away" @pipoawas -Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks). Mention me if you want to summon me sooner or later Spoiler My head on 2019 : Note 10, S10, Samsung becomes Apple, Zen 2, 3700X, Renegade X lol Link to comment https://linustechtips.com/topic/858429-which-case-should-i-buy/#findComment-10684103 Share on other sites
 Posted November 11, 2017 The Evolv's airflow is a joke. Get the Meshify for sure and safe yourself over $100. My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here. Link to comment https://linustechtips.com/topic/858429-which-case-should-i-buy/#findComment-10684109 Share on other sites
 Posted November 11, 2017 Evolv TG is a beautiful case but the airflow is awful. Like he said above, get the Meshify Intel i7 6700k|Asus Maximus VIII Hero|Asus Strix 1080|Gskill DDR4 3200|950 Pro M.2|Corsair RM750|Corsair OBSIDIAN 500D|Corsair K65\G65|SteelSeries Arctis 5|Asus PB277Q|PG279Q Link to comment https://linustechtips.com/topic/858429-which-case-should-i-buy/#findComment-10684114 Share on other sites
