So I will be building my first desktop in like 10 years or so , Ive got most of it figured out but still need some help. One thing to mention is I am limited in my part picking since I will be buying it on leasing so all or at least most will have to be from a shop in my town that is the cheapest I could find in my country. The site is this one http://www.most-sz.com/ the components are on the right side and the currency is in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) - 1 USD = 1.68 BGN . The PC will mostly be used for watching stuff on it on my TV ( not a great one but might be changing it soon for a better one) and main stream games  like Dota 2 and some MMORPGs . I want it to more then I need so even if I decide to play something new I can with nice graphics(not exellent but nice)

So here is what I decided so far:

1.I would like a 8th gen Intel build

  2.Has to look good

3.Not get a heart attack when I see the final price ( especially when it will be more after the interest rate )

Here is what Im still wondering about :

 1. Should I get a video card from the get go or use the integrated one in the CPU at first to save up some money on the loan and get one when I save up some cash or just to get a 1050 or 1060 one from the start.

2.Which CPU to go with - I am down to 2 the i3 8350k or the i5 8400 , watched a lot of videos comparing the 2 but still cant decide

3.Which mother board to choose from - I am down to 3 - the Z370 AORUS Ultra Gaming by Gigabyte , Z370 GAMING M5 by MSI and the Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming K6 by asrock , so far leaning towards the Asrock mostly after it  the Gigabyte and last the MSI , but since I dont know much Im up for advice on those 3 or any other around that price range from that site.

4.What Ram speed to get , CPU says 2400Mhz(i3 8350k) or 2666Mhz(i5 8400) so can I get only 2400Mhz or 2666Mhz ones depending on CPU?

5. Ram I will probably purchase from somewhere else since that store doesnt have much to choose from .

Here is a list of parts Ive picked and how I imagine it but maybe without a video card , diffrent mobo and diffrent CPU depending on the advice and opinions I get from here.

The 8400 is definitely a better buy than the 8350K.

Just use the stock cooler for it.

Out of those 3 motherboards, the K6 and M5 are the better ones. Since the 8400 is locked, you don't need a high end board for it.

CPUs support higher frequency RAM, don't worry about that.

Don't get the M12 II, there are lots of better PSUs. Like the CX450M

Go with the above and get a 1060 3GB or 6GB later on if you don't mind waiting.

I was thinking of THIS 1050ti since the 1060 a bit expensive still and so far no luck with second hand cheap ones.As far as the mobo and cpu cooler I went with the ones I did with looks in mind , I might use the stock cooler since the 8400 has one unlike the 8350k one , and I will try to find RAM second hand cuz the sticks in the shop ..... a bit too much , the power supply I dont have much of a choice look at THIS page at the bottom are the PSU's not many to choice from.Like I said most if not all the parts have to be from this store , its cheap but doesnt have too much to choose from.

Is the Seasonic Focus Plus Gold (SSR-650FX) reasonable? It's a very good PSU

So something like this I think , found some Fury Ram for like have the price in the store , coundt find any of the other parts cheap though so everything exept the Ram and the SSD that I already have will be from the store. I think with this setup I have a lot of room for improving - like adding ram , getting better video card without worrying about the power supply , getting better CPU (like i5 8600 or i7 ) , getting a better cooler then the 8400 stock one , but all of this can be done when I feel like I can spare some cash on it and its not like the system will NEED it at least for some time. Right?
