I'll go for the new one. I'm also getting a free accessory due to the fact that it's the 2nd unit that isn't working as it was supposed to. Hopefully the 3rd one will work perfectly and if it doesn't i better get a great accessory bundle again from them.

the laptop just arrived today. Should i ran everything you said at the start? like factory resetting it? what else should i do. Cant seem to find decent guidelines on what to do with a brand new laptop.
