Need help for Liquid cooling and PSU

Rollan

Hi guys,

Here's my current build parts:

Processor: I7-8700k
Mobo: Maximus X Hero

GPU: Gtx 1070 Strix OC
Ram: Trident Z Rgb 3000mhz 8x2 16gb
Case: Phanteks enthoo evolve TG

I need some suggestions and help on which liquid cooling should I get. I'm planning to get the CORSAIR H115i or the NZXT X62 Kraken.

And also does the Seasonic focus 650 watts gold is good for my build?

Corsair H115i, preferably with better fans.

For PSU, ask @JDE

Don't buy Apple M1 computers with 8GB of RAM

PSU is good yeah.

AIO are too expensive for the cooling they offer imo. (and they only have a fixed life time after which they're trash)

  • CPU
    Ryzen R6 5700X
  • Motherboard
    MSI B350M mortar arctic
  • RAM
    32GB Corsair RGB 3600MT/s CAS18
  • GPU
    Zotac RTX 3070 OC
  • Case
    kind of a mess
  • Storage
    WD black NVMe SSD 500GB & 1TB samsung Sata ssd & x 1TB WD blue & x 3TB Seagate
  • PSU
    corsair RM750X white

Right now Only have 1440p monitor. Budget is not a problem for the cooling

Have no problem with the price of the cooling. Which is better in terms of looks and performance?

nzxt all the cosmetics. and performance is almost identical, your own settings for fan and pump will affect it more than the aio itself

If you're at 1440p 60hz and aren't going to upgrade it makes more sense to buy an R5 1600 as it doesn't need delidding, and will work fine in gaming

If you are going to upgrade to 1440p 144hz, then Vega 56 makes more sense for your GPU since free-sync displays are cheaper than G-sync displays when you upgrade

If not then buy a 1070ti since it's a better buy than a 1070 at $400

As for your cooling, Master Liquid 240 is the correct answer, $65
$40 RIGHT NOW WHAT THE FUCK
