Assuming the 144hz monitor is for e-sports and you're happy with not maxing it out(or getting the highest possible) fps on AAA games then yes.

If you're wanting AAA titles to get as high FPS as possible on that monitor, a 7700k/8700k would be a better option.

Quite poor choice on the motherboard though, go for a B350 so you can overclock, and avoid MSI, they've had issues with bad quality VRM's on their Ryzen boards.

There, better near everything in general except for the GPU, you'll want to take 5 minutes to flash Vega 56 with the 64 BIOS

But it includes a superior 1440p 144hz IPS free-sync display, more space for video editing, and just better for gaming overall

Do not waste $10 on those speakers lol, the built in speakers on this monitor are probably of equal quality until you want to get something way more decent.

*Forgot the cooler

And then for your peripherals, I'd say to wait on dropping that much cash for them.

Get baseline experience with decent cheap Chinese stuff, then move up so you have a point of comparison

Sibera 200s are pretty fine at $60 if you really just want a headset, the Superlux 668Bs may have better audio quality overall.
