building for a friend

hey guys i am creating a build for my cousin who is going into surgery he has a budget of 850 i need some help i have an outline of what i think is good but i could use some rounding out plz help here is the pc part picker page

if you think there is a prebuilt system i can buy that is worth the money you can also recommend that because he is a little worried about the idea of someone other than a manufacturer building it

What will he be using it for?

Building the PC yourself is no issue. A 3 year old can do it (Linus' son did it, and Jayztwocents' daughter did it). As easy as a Lego kit.

Looks great! You might want a B350 but it doesn't make a difference.

Honestly don't get the 7th gen processors, get something 8th gen. Personally I'd wait for Black Friday. You'll save tons of cash.

B350 is an AMD chipset. Or are you refering to B360, Intel's budget Coffee chipset, which will come out on a few months?

B350 isn't an Intel chipset, and Intel's B Series chipset isn't out yet.

The i5 7500 is on par with the i3 8100. Suggesting it makes absolutely no sense.

Liked everything but the RAM and the storage, id like 16gb ram but 8gb works aswell  The storage is like $20 more for 1tb extra. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2rGFQV
