Sticking to 1150 socket motherboard or upgrading to 1151

Recently my MSI B85-G43 Gaming motherboard broke down, which caused me to look for a replacement.

The problem is that it's been taken down for production and it's really hard to get a hold of another type of motherboard that still has the 1150 socket.

 

If I were to upgrade to a 1151 socket motherboard I would also have to get a different processor and problably have to upgrade to DDR4 aswell.

Since my current processor doesn't slot into a 1151 socket.

 

Current setup:

 

Processor:          Intel Core i7 4770K 3.5 GHz 

Motherboard:      MSI B85-G43 Gaming

Ram:                   8GB DDR3 

Graphics card:    Nvidia GTX 750 Ti 2GB

 

Can someone help me decide what to do?

stick 1150, get a z97

Stick with the 4770K, and get a Z87 or Z97 board to overclock it to 4.5Ghz

get a used Z97 chipset mobo from ebay, they go for about 80$
