How to set which program to start with windows ?

In the Start Menu create a shortcut for the program you want to load after logging in and place it in the startup folder.

If you want to stop a program Ctrl + Shift + Esc > Startup > Click on the program and click disable.

For windows 10:

 

use Run utility:

 

For currently logged in user:

shell:startup

 

For all users:

shell:common startup
