24" monitor needed

Hey guys,

I've been away from the monitor market for quite some time now and now a friend needs a new monitor - 1080p, 24", IPS, budget 250€ (Germany). 60Hz is enough, he has a GTX950 so anything more is a waste. He games a lot though nothing competitive and does a lot of photo work, so decent colors are preferred. Any recommendations? My personal preference is DELL because awesome stuff but I'm open minded and he doesn't care as long as it works. DP or HDMI would be nice too.
