unable to install windows 10

hello i am unable to install windows 10 onto my machine if i use my ssd with windows already on it i get stuck on the windows 10 logo screen no dots just a black screen with the blue logo

ive tried booting from cdrom nothing and usb 

still cant do anything can someone please help? i have a modded 771 cpu in a 775 motherboard

vostro 220 motherboard

4gb of ram

sapphire 270x

My guess is that it's not liking something with your mod. What i would do is put the SSD into another machine and install windows 10, but once it has restarted for the first time remove the SSD and put it back into that rig. I have done it several times before and never had any issues.

Do a clean install, rather than trying to overwrite an existing install. Format the disk and make sure it's converted to GPT and not MBR.
