The only think I could say I maybe consider change is the motherboard (change the strix x370 to the x370 prime, almost same features, same audio quality, maybe less RGB?), save $50 and invest these bucks on a GTX 1080.

I was thinking about doing that before the 1070 ti came out, but the 1070 ti is so similar to the 1080 so i dont really see a great performance leap (i could do a little overclock on the 1070 ti and basically get the 1080 without a few cuda cores). And also the morherboard looks nice with the RGB ;D

Sure, do what pleases you the most . BTW I'm also planning to buy a GTX 1070 ti, if $50 isn't much for you then by all means go and get those fancy RGBs, and may the light be with you!

Depends on what you'll use it for. For gaming, you should be able to get a 1080 Ti into the budget.
