help my PC is haunted

there's a problem with my CPU I have a ryzen 5 1600 and the core frequencies are all over the place anytime I try to load into a game I get a black screen and a crash however if I have tabs up in front of the game while it's playing so that I cant see the game that will give me an extra 30 seconds before it crashes I am noticing that the voltages are changing a lot due to the change in frequency it goes in between 0.8 and 1.3 volts id really appreciate the help I've been at this all day but I've had no luck

Reset bios and any overclocks to stock and see if that helps.

ur stupid its not ghosts. i have no experience in this but im guessing a bad driver or bad software. i doubt it hardware issue.

I'd suggest resetting the CMOS, then doing the overclock through the BIOS. Ryzen Master is... not the best

What about your motherboard, PSU, RAM?

x370 prime mbo 8gb ram was at 2666 but because of this its at 2133 and a 650 what psu from corsair
