Hi, what tools to use or how to find out what is slowing down SSD?

I have MB: GA-Z77-D3H and Kingston SSDNow v+200 120GB. They are connected through SATA 3 (this mother board has only two) and using SATA3 6GB cable (not that the cable matters too much). This should give reasonable read or write around 400+Mb from what I saw around or with similar systems.

Unfortunately, my seq is providing 200mb read and 100mb write.

Can you point me to right direction where the bottleneck can be?

I have the same problem. It boots alot faster than my HDD, but has nearly the same write speeds.
