My Dell laptop has a grey screen but only when I close it and open it up (7567)

Hello, I have a dell 7567 1050ti  IPS display from factory. It just developed a problem in which when I put the laptop to sleep when I close the lid and later open it up the screen goes all grey. But when I power it of and back on it is all normal until I repeat the process. Any solutions? It happened a few minutes ago and Dell support is not up this late. I have check and all my drivers seem to be uptodate.

A clean install will probably fix it.

This seems like an issue with your OS.

This started happening to me starting last night, I have a Dell Inspiron 15 7000. You say flashing the bios works?

Yes, try downloading the bios from Dells website and your computer will restart seconds after the program is executed. Hopefully it works for you too. Mine is working perfectly again.

How do I do this and if I do, will it factory reset my pc? I have to same problem with the same Laptop (Dell 7567)

Just go to Dell's website and download that driver and No no data will be lost
