I'm confused for nearly one month that which CPU do I choose for FL Studio 12, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Gaming with GTX 1060....

i5 7600k or r5 1600???

and 8th gen Intel core lineup is not available in my country for now...

Ryzen 5 1600 of course, because for that kind of workload ryzen dominates it

-Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks).

R5 1600 much better. 6c12t compared to 4c4t. Also, the CPU itself is cheaper as well as the mobo

The ryzen in terms of comparison doesnt dish out quite as good of FPS as the 7600k, but by no means is it bad. Even in gaming it still gives you great FPS while performing much better than the 7600k in multithreaded workloads. From the sounds of it you need an CPU that does it all, and the Ryzen does just that.
