HELP! RX480 ISSUES

Go to solution Solved by iRileyx,

Check that your radeon is the most up to date. 10.7.3 is the most current, if that's what it's on, might be worth going back to the previous driver version.

Have you changed where you monitor is plugged into your PC?

I have an XFX RX-480 4gb version, and it was working fine (60+fps in game) and then all of a sudden it stopped performing well (7 fps in game).  Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Thanks!

You could be thermal throttling. You can use software like MSI Afterburner to monitor temperatures in game, or just have AMD Wattman running in the background, and then tabbing out to see the temperatures.

I have an i5-6500 with 8gb of RAM.  The CPU never seems to be over 75% load.  My disk usage is always under 60%

I updated the drivers last night and they didn't work.  The last driver version was the same way, but when I first installed them they worked well
