It's possible they had the pc in a dusty environment and were trying to use it to quell the dust.

Having said that, O3 isn't good for rubber tubing

That's one of the stupidest ideas I've seen in a while.

Ozone doesn't like rubber and I think I read somewhere that prolonged exposure of wire isolation to ozone tends to make said isolation be fairly brittle and eventually start crumbling (or the other way around, can't recall)

Ozone will break down rubber, silicon, plastic (if given enough time) and prolonged exposure to you will kill you.

Dead.

I'm guessing they were using this system in a place that had problems with static electricity or was intended to prevent infections like in a lab where bacteria could have gone inside the case and multiply thanks to the heat.

this pc was used for cctv cameras and stuff idk where it came from but it had cards dedicated for cctv cameras

bdw there was pre ddr1  celeron system inside maybe back rhen people didnt knew that or smthing like that xD
