I need to build a PC that will be portable but I also need the expansion capability for a full ATX mobo.  its a video capture PC so I need the pci slots for SDI capture cards.

It'll be moved around a lot so the smaller the case the better.  Carrying handles not required cause I'll just bolt on my own.  I'm planning on using an AIO watercooler so space for a 240 rad would be nice but not required.

suggestions?

Can confirm this size wise is the smallest ATX case on the market. Quality is actually pretty good, especially for the price)

Do be mindful this has a very short CPU clearance even with the window bulge, so low profile air coolers or water coolers are recommended

yeah, AIO water cooler was the plan from the beginning, mostly cause it puts less stress on the mobo when moving it around and stuff

Riotor did a good job wasting 0% space of this case, just look at photos on Amazon and you can see how tight the AIO, mobo and components are in the case.
