i made my own server hosted at my home (for a game i play), transferred the number ip to a domain, but they can still trace it back to my real ip, how do i make it that they cant trace it back? so no1 can get my details

VPN or VPS with a VPN tunnel to the VPS.

You'll have to have it setup so the domain points to the VPN address as well.

You will need to route all of the inbound and outbound traffic through a VPN/tunnel.

And run the VPN through an unfriendly country, that way any requests to get your information won't be cooperated with.

All you'll have to worry about is the unfriendly country going after you.

Piece of cake to take care of. Arm yourself with bears in your room, and use obscure OSes for the server (BeOS, Plan 9, etc) 

You'll be perfectly fine.

Minecraft.. dont roast me.. its just for my cousins because they dont have a good enough pc and they dont wanna buy a server online so decided to host it in my house (not 24/7)

If you're hosting it just for your cousins and whatnot then I wouldn't worry about masking anything. Unless you tell someone you're hosting a server and give them your domain name or IP address, nothing will happen, and if the server isn't online then nobody can connect anyway

Set up VPN access exclusively for your cousins?

 

Ubiquity Edge routers can do that, or you could use openvpn.

My comment wasn't towards you. I'm happy to see more people hosting their own servers these days regardless of the game.
