yay for taskmanager, it really hates working tbh. its just tasmanager bugging out. use something decent like CPU-Z if you want to see your frequency for real

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

lol no its not, task manager said my 860k ran at -99999c nothing to brag about people will just think your dumb if you think your CPU is really running that  frequency
