OrbiTouch Keyboard

Ok, I am a tech teacher/instructor at a small career center in southeastern Ohio. My students spend all their free time looking at LinuxTechTips, this week while looking for a cool gadget to report on they showed me the OrbiTouch keyboard?!! What a uniquely weird contraption. The $400 price tag has it outside my budget to "try out" Any chance we borrow yours? I think it would be an awesome lesson to allow each student a try at using this type of keyboard. My class has a small green room studio. Students produce a video segment, edit it using Final Cut pro and them join them together to have a 10-15 minute show called "The Feed" which they show to the entire school on Friday mornings. I think this would make a great segment. Once we reported on it we would box it backup and ship it back to you. What do you think? Could we borrow that cool gadget for a smidge?

Linus would probably say no. Not just because of the fact that you spelt it linuxtechtips or that you didnt mention any of the staff, its that he gets nothing out of this.

You never know, always the optimist. Kids gotta start somewhere, many are disadvantaged, many of my students have socioeconomic struggles to overcome. This might just be the one thing that motivates them to be better  :-)
