giys i need help in choosing the card im gonna use for my external gpu my processor is a intel core i3-4005u 

 

i want to do this because this laptop has sentemental value and i want to still use it so pls recommend a good card with no bottleneck

How are you gonna put an external gpu on your laptop?

Maybe he has one of those external GPU adapters that work with Thunderbolt (e.g. Razer Core)... But I doubt OP's laptop is compatible with that since the CPU is 4th gen, meaning it is already a few years old...

Yeah that's my point. It has a 4th gen CPU, and no laptop outside of a Mac has thunderbolt and a 4th gen cpu

Realistic speaking to avoid bottlenecking with an i3 4005u he'd have to go with a GT 1030 and even so it might not always max out the GPU, that is a terribly under-powered processor.

actually im a bit broke because of my pc and im install this external gpu thing which i just attach to my mini PCI lane and voila

the only way I could find tech sentmetal to me is if someone important to me  gave it to me before dying or being forced to leave but what ever.

Get something very small like the GT 1030, or it won't even get enough power from it (and bottlenecks).

I still don't think it's worth and you should save money to buy a low-end rig.
