What will the PC be used for?

As for general advice:

Don't get the 1600X. Get the 1600 and overclock it.

A water cooler is unnecessary for a 6 core Ryzen. A decent air cooler will do just fine.

MSI males overpriced and mediocre motherboards. The B350 Strix would be as good. If you will get an 8 core, get something like the Prime Pro, Gaming 5, Strix or Taichi.

Get a cheaper RAM kit. You can easily get a cheaper 3000 or 3200 MHz kit.

Don't get an NVMe SSD, unless you will actually benefit from it. For normal tasks, like starting programs and Windows, it won't make a difference.

Get a cheaper or higher capacity HDD.

The Armor cooler is insufficient for a 1080 Ti. Get a card with a better cooler.
