Hello!

I'm looking to build and office computer for editing videos, 3d work. I live in Europe so I have a budget of 650 EUR. I will ran dual monitor. I already have the OS and the software that I need ex: photoshop, vegas pro, antivirus, office etc.

It means OP is better off with Intel because of integrated graphics. I don't think Ryzen 3 has an iGPU.

None of the Ryzen chips have an iGPU, the iGPU models launch later this year or early next year I think.

"Office Computer" is incredibly vague, it could be used for many things, depending on what kind of company the office is in. Technically, LTT's editing rigs are office computers. Please read the thread I linked above and adjust the post, it will help us help you.

okay intel's Budget boards have not released yet so you get to pay slight extra for z370 board now, but it has Igpu. incase you dont need gpu then you can run system fine. but i added gpu also.
