Get This...My uncle gave me a gift card and he had to call to verify that he gave me the gift card. Then we had to call again because We were shipping it to another address. And then AGAIN just because they're stupid.

I expected them to be able to handle THEIR OWN BUSINESS! Who's fault is it if they can't realize that these days are going to be EXTRA hard and to prepare for them. apparently THEY DID NOT prepare good enough!

Tiger Direct Took 9 MONTHS to ship me a Hard Drive. And I wasn't this mad. No I will never shop there again but I was patient at least your getting a Graphics Card at all.

I PAYED FOR TWO DAY SHIPPING and they TOOK THREE DAYS (so far) JUST to process this crap, THEN A EXTRA TWO DAYS!

I'm pretty sure that between the fact that they say 1-2 days for packaging/ processing and the shipping i wouldn't expect it until the start of next week at the earliest. 

That and the fact that you are raging about something that you can't even change.

3. If you prefer amazon then you should have shopped from them. Dear God man it was only 10 bucks anyway. Not that much of a difference.

 

Personally I love newegg. Never have had a shipping issue, and since they have a warehouse in Memphis, shipping literally takes 1-2 days. Even more so I can avoid shipping and just select the will call option and just drive there and pick it up myself.

 

Newegg isn't that bad, and honestly have the best customer service I've ever seen. If you want your stuff promptly, order early as possible or order another time. If you bought it because of a sale, anticipate a delay. You weren't the only person shopping.

2 day shipping (or any other date guaranteed shipping) is TRANSIT time, not the time it takes for Newegg to actually get to your order in the list, process it and send it out the door.

All companies typically need more time for handling and shipping as it's a busy season. Does it mean your order will always be delayed? No. You just unfortunately happened to get the raw end of the deal. As I said, contact them. I'm sure they may refund your shipping or do something to make this right.

Yes, that THEY said would only take 2 days. IT HAS BEEN THREE days and still "packaging"! It will take AT LEAST 5 or 6 DAYS for it to get here! It is supposed to be AT MAX 4 (counting the 2 day shipping and 2 day "packaging" !)

 If it's time set by the courier, then Newegg has no control over it once it has left their possession. Newegg can't just make your order priority if you want 2 day shipping. If that were the case and everyone chose 2 day shipping, it wouldn't be possible.

 

So as far as I'm concerned, Newegg does their part to get it ready to send it, THEN the 2 days starts once it's on the truck.

nothing have not contaceted them B/C they SIMPLY CANNOT do anything!

1. They can't speed up my order packaging b/c they don't have control over that

2. They can not give me a refund for the 2 day shipping because it's shop runner NOT THEM!

3. They can not give me a discount code, b/c I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN

What could have happened is that they ran out of the item and didn't have time to update the website before you bought it. They are likely having to wait on more inventory to come in. Same thing happened to me when I bought a game online at gamestop. Bought it, and after a week of no update on shipping called them up and it was sold out when I ordered. Took another week to get it. It sucks but it happens.

THE most common 760 FROM the most common 700 series card FROM the most common nvidia seller (EVGA)

Plus I checked never went out of stock! ANYWHERE!

So why don't you at least ask them what's taking so long? Keep in mind of Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

You have absolutely no idea what they can do to assist you if you don't talk to them. If they offer shop runner's service on their products, they can offer a refund on the item. Unfortunately you will never know what they can or cannot do. The worse thing they can say is no. But Newegg has impeccable customer service. I'd be in awe if they didn't do anything to help you. I was trying to be objective with you, but you keep coming off and some whiny 8 year old who's mom said she won't buy him a toy. If you don't call them, they no they cannot do anything. Because as far as they know you aren't upset. This now leans more on you and it's your own damn fault if you don't give them a chance. Newegg is not a crappy company, and if one bad experience, sends you packing, then good riddance. They don't need a customer like yourself.

First of all, I DON'T want a dang refund i want my graphics card! Secondly, I will contact them and get back to you, if they can do anything! If they can then I am sorry this thread was pointless. IF they do not then I am right, your wrong, and your the idiot 8 whiny year old here!
