Well you see I don't want anymore "discount" because as far as I am concerned I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANYMORE OF MY MONEY THERE. I guess there IS a reason they are second biggest not first in online (only) stores. First is AMAZON they are amazing, awesome if you have prime it actually GETS here in 2 days OR LESS (1 sometimes for me)

So I bought something on Newegg on the second of December! I also put the "ShopRunner 2 day shipping" and it obviously has been TWO days and IT STILL HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED. On order status says, "Packaging" THIS IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, I DON'T want a dang refund i want my graphics card! Secondly, I will contact them and get back to you, if they can do anything! If they can then I am sorry this thread was pointless. IF they do not then I am right, your wrong, and your the idiot 8 whiny year old here!

I will edit this post so check back tomorrow to see how idiotic you truly are (or not)

I'm not trying to make a point of being right. I'm making a point that you didn't even try to do anything to get a solution. If you don't want a refund (which I meant on shipping, not the whole graphics card. I probably didn't make that clear) then that's your prerogative. I was just making a point that before you throw a hissy fit when people are trying to give you advice, you should actually try and take some action instead of saying "Well I didn't contact them because they can't do anything.) Whether I'm right or wrong is irrelevant. You have to try, Newegg actually does care about their customers. That's why they have customer service (like all companies do) because 100% of customers won't be satisfied.

Still better than me. Im bored from my PS3 so i cant even turn it on. Yuck console. Im gona build my gaming PC on xmas and basically Ive been stuck with a crap comp with Pentium in it since September.So im stuck for like 2 more weeks without gaming.

Ok , I contacted them AND first thing is IT TOOK THIRTY DANG MINUTES ON HOLD! Second they sid it will ARRIVE ON TUESDAY! THAT MEANS 8 DAYS! That is INSANE. THEY however did give me a $20 gift card SOOOOOOOOO I am neutral! STILL NOT HAPPY, just not AS mad

I would be mad as well, I won't lie, but at least you contacted them and they did what they could to make it right for you. Hold times suck but to be expected during the busy sales season.
