Don't update BIOS yet. You probably won't need to. Download all newest versions and install them one-by-one. Restart when 2-3 of them asks. No need to restart after every single one. With BIOS update it depends on Mobo how it should be done. Download MSI's main control utility, the one which has OC, fan control etc. included. It should have update wizard for BIOS. So you don't need to flash it from USB. Just let program detect your BIOS version and download update if its needed. But if you don't have any problems with current version then its not priority one.

Don't update the BIOS unless you want a feature or theres a problem.  Theres  a chance BIOS updates will mess up your computer and make it nothing a brick that makes sounds and has flashy lights.
