No. The Mini C only supports mATX. Anyone who's told you that is mis informed.

It's an mATX case. It does not support anything more than that.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

The Define C is the ATX version. As mentioned above, the Define Mini C supports mATX and mini-ITX.
