I have a Linksys EF4116 switch that i want to use to get higher internet speeds. I tried plugging in two Ethernet cords in from my wall, but only got the speed of one. Suggestions?

If you want to do such thing you need to do teaming, not every switch supports that.

Upgrading to a gigabit switch might help.

What exactly are you trying to do actually?

More speed on your local network or a faster internet connection to the internet (steam, youtube, ...)

If you want higher "Internet" speeds you need to pay your ISP more. Plain and simple.
