How long is a piece of string?

It depends on what your workstation needs are....

I need a cpu for render video, work on autodesk maya, cryengine 3, for use photoshop and adobe after effect.

You'll need to research which program makes the most of each CPU, the massive cache of the Xeons, or the raw power of the epyc. I suspect there will be no clear winner
