Nope, I have no reason too.

I ran slight benchmarks on my GPU and CPU just to make sure they worked after over-clocking slightly, then I left it alone.

Had no issues.

just prime and a simple gpu test to make sure they had no defects :)

 

its always good to test components as they might have to be RMA'd

I eased her gently to 5g's... even hit 5.2g's....

 

Stressed for 1 hour with AIDA Extreme Edition, putting out scores that would make a GOD proud.

Ok so i have only talked to people who dove right into their new custom rig, what did you do

 

If a computer boots and the OS installs without issues, it works fine enough to get going. I only stress test when overclocking.

computers are idiot proof these days. things only fit where they are supposed to. If you can come up with a well balanced configuration then just jump in and fill some holes! no stress test required.

 

But I got my Graphics card to fit in my sata slot :(

..dove in.. wasted 6 hours. sitll did it. kinda sad tough. I removed mobo jumpers, I tought they were dust protectors like on the GPU DVI slots :angry: . ''why not take this out'' :rolleyes:

Wanted to do stress tests on my rig to test if all the parts are functioning but with the amount of time it takes to fully test the system i just dove right in to play my games. :)
