Which CPU?

I'm confused as to why you're thinking of buying a server CPU for a consumer application, they won't give you good performance/dollar 

 

But, the 8 core would be best.

Soon to be watercooled again, maybe, probably, the Titans are too loud.

Well your title is forum 12 year old. I find it much more likely explanation that it would be consumer stuff than you have a server farm.
