TV vs Monitor

Hi all. I am looking at LG's new 43 inch AH-IPS monitor LG 43UD79-B. I've watched the reviews and while it looks really cool, the image quality seems a bit, meh. It costs £679.99 GBP. Key strengths are the AH-IPS panel and the 5ms response time. Wouldn't be primarily for gaming.

I then saw LG's 43 inch 4k 43UJ750V which is a TV and a little cheaper at £619.00 GBP. Reviews are sparse with all the weirdness that goes on with TV model numbers. This TV is listed as an IPS (no mention of AH-IPS) but supports all major HDR standards (no HDR on the monitor). No explicit mention of response times, but led to believe its not an issue particularly with game mode on.

Both displays are 4k and 43 inches and will primarily be used for productivity. But my first concern is picture quality. Any of you fine learned folks able to offer any insight?

Thanks,
Dan.
