PC not working pls halp

Hi guys, i'm a new member of this community and i'd like some insight to my problem with my PC. When i press the power button the computer seems to turn on, at least the fans start spinning, but no signal goes through to my screen. This happened once before and i fixed it by moving the GPU from the top slot of my MoBo to the bottom slot. I am not sure if i still have warranty, i must check for it, but i'd like to identify the issue.

 

Details:

- Intel i5 5670K CPU

- MSI G45 Gaming MoBo

- MSI GTX 770 Twin Frozr Gaming GPU

- XFX 550W Gold PSU

reset CMOS, try again

maybe change the CMOS battery

reset CMOS

clean ram with eraser

re apply thermal

reset cmos

since your power on button usable(fan turn on) no need to tried turn on by pin

clean your gpu pin using eraser

re apply thermal comp gpu

tighen your vga connector to monitor

Some beeps when turning on ? if check motherboard manual for meaning of the beep code. Often its one of memory sticks try removing one and test when it crashes test the other one.

try to reseat the gpu.

 

check for dust or anything else in the pcie slot

 

are you geting beeps or a P.O.S.T code?

No i'm not getting anything. The computer just seems to turn on and nothing happens except that the fans turn on. I checked the pcie and theres no visible dust.
