RGB Strip w. Asus Aura not syncing right color

My Deepcool 350 RGB Kit don't sync up correctly with my Asus Aura Sync.

It lights up and "Activates" the different modes I use in my Asus Aura but the color don't sync with the other colors...
For example, when I set it to green it shows up red.

And I'm unable to reach Deepcool support after many attempts...

Q: How many prolog programmers does it take to change a lightbulb?

that means that the wires for the red green and blue on the strip are not in the same order as they are on the motherboard. the + pin for the green LED is connected to the red LED and so on. maybe you can make a little adapter yourself, it should't be too hard as long as you can find out which color is on which pin and cable.

Or send it back and get one that's working then I guess...

@MathiasVN check out the CableMod RGB LED strips, which perfectly sync with ASUS Aura, and utilize WideBeam technology for more even dissipation of vibrant lighting.

I did, but the one I wanted was out of stock when I was ordering... If I can get my money back I will check if it is in stock!

@MathiasVN which one are you looking for in particular, the 30cm or 60cm strip? We have a variety of resellers. :)
