Hi LTT forums!

I have a small problem...

I have a Corsair h100i v2 aio cooler and have had one for about a year. half a year ago i got it exchanged because the pump stopped woriking. However, i hot a new one and its been working great since.

The Problem I have is that the cooler is not detected by corsair link. this means that i cant controll it at all.

The fans and pump is woking, aswell as the LEDs. I dont know if it is changing speeds or not because the last time i changed anything about its fan curves i set it to change the air speed based on the pump/water temp (and the water temp changes very slowly and little)

Dont know how long its been like this for but it is frustrating me alot..... xD

Sorry for bad english.. im from sweden

If all your cables are plugged in correctly it sounds like an issue either with the software or unit itself.

Picture 1: Bottom of block, Pump cable and usb cable (fan heather for right is pump) Note that the led is on

Picture 2: The right internal usb is for the H100i and the left is front IO

Picture 3: fans are spinning.

I just took these pictures and can confirm that the fans are plugged into the H100i

I had this issue with my H100i v2 as well. Uninstall Corsair Link, restart the PC, then reinstall a freshly downloaded copy and restart again. You should be fine from there.

I will try that

Have you gone into device manager and manually uninstalled the difference this way? Otherwise, since you've reinstalled different and reseated all connections, I would contact Corsair.

I kinda solved it...

The latest version of corsair link is 4.9.0.57. and thats what i had installed. but by reverting to the oldest corsair link verson on corsairs website (version 4.7.0.77) my H100i now shows up...

The thing is. I dont know what verson i had before 4.9 but i know i updated to 4.9 when i noticed that i couldnt see the h100i. so somehow it still just stopped recognicing the h100i.... But i solved it with the age old method of reverting to an older driver...

i hope that made sense xD
