New build for $1000 USD

rip

Planning a new build for gaming and some video editing for $1000 including peripherals and monitors.

Here is what I come up with. It looks nice, has side panel, overall is white/black and has RGB peripherals

only thing I would change is maybe get a 550w power supply cause it will probably run more quietly under load and have room to get a better gpu down the road.

look for Asus Prime B350 Plus

It's too hideous for me, too red. It is cheaper though but I have a side panel.

Is it run quieter? I think the 450w is enough for a 1080 Ti?

okay

ASRock B350 is fine but if youre gonna overclock keep the voltage down

Don't buy Apple M1 computers with 8GB of RAM

CX450 is fine. Maybe get a 1x 8GB stick of RAM, so you can upgrade more in the future. Might also be cheaper.

The G230 is the exact same headset as the G430. Only difference is that it's red, and that it doesn't come with a crappy USB sound card. Imo, you should save the $7, unless you want the headset to be blue, rather than red.
