TRY erasing the chrome folders in book marks-- imported from firefox , imported, and other bookmarks.  See if this speeds you up. And I believe having acceleration unchecked works better.

nothing seem to have worked currently switched to FireFox as it seems to be working perfectly.

They all have their pros and cons.

Chrome is a memory hog, whereas firefox is more a CPU hog.

I personally use chrome, as it does a better job of sand boxing websites.

I'm sorry you had a problem and couldn't find the cause. My ocd wouldn't let me just switch to something else. I would lay awake all night trying to figure out what is wrong lol.
