Ultrawide headaches

Hi all I've been using my x34 for about a week now and if I'm playing for more than a hour I start getting bad headaches. Ive never had issues like this before even after 12hr plus binges,  I've tryed sitting further away,  moving the screen up and down nothing seems to work. Has any one else run in to issues like this?

Try turning down the brightness of the monitor, or install f.lux. 

Having a bright monitor blasting your retinas can cause headaches, so that's where I would start.

yeah this happened to me recently.... turns out i needed glasses

I use glasses to look at screens and read books because of eye strain. Was susceptible to migraines as well. So I agree with the above, go see an optician. Also, how close are you sitting?
