Good Affordable Laptop That Can Run Dolphin (Emulator)

I want a cheap affordable laptop that can run dolphin emulator in and can maintain a stable 60fps on dolphin with no frame dips and decent battery.

I dont want to spend a lot but I might if I have too.

(Please dont put any of those $1000+ gaming laptops) (I just want a simple one so I can emulate Gamecube games on the go)

Hit eBay and cross reference every GPU and CPU in a laptop you see in your price range in this website 

http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1070-vs-Group-/3609vs10 and the CPU compare.

 

You should be able to find great gaming laptops that are 3+ years old for $500-700 that outperform $1000 new. Some may require a new battery or have a few scratches. But if you want the best performance, second hand is the way to go. Not much has changed unless you're getting super amazing stuff.

Eh. As a buyer all the laws of buyer protection are in your favour. It sucks selling on eBay for that reason .So you don't have too much to worry about.
