Which fan headers to use?

I am planning on getting an AIO and I know almost nothing about them so I am not sure about where I plug everything in. Do I plug the pump into the CPU fan header and the radiator fans onto the case fan headers or the other way around?

It doesn't really matter. You can plug them in anywhere you want. Just make sure to plug in any 4-pin plugs into 4 pin headers if you can (so you can use PWM to control it).
