Hey guys im building a pc for some gaming and maby streaming pc. Hit me up what do you think any thing better that you know of?

You would be better going for a Ryzen R7 1700 for streaming. Do you really need 32GB Ram ? Also an 850W psu is enough for SLI.

That's a little overkill on the psu.  750w or 800w would be fine

Im not a amd fan so i want intel  doing 32gb just if i want to run minecraft server and game. yea i know that the 1000w is a bit over kill

Wait for Coffee Lake then. It is a bad time to be buying Intel.

New socket LGA1151 v2 (Z370). It is due to release on October 5th or thereabouts.

Don't buy kaby lake.  Coffee lake is on a different platform and ryzen already dominates intel in streaming so you can either have to wait longer to spend more on coffee lake (  ) or buy ryzen now and save money

Wait for reviews too before you decide whether or not to buy, because (not too unlikely) ryzen may still be better at streaming than intel.

If you go ryzen 7 now, you will save money over both kaby lake and coffee lake, but since no reviews are out, I don't know if it is BETTER than coffee lake, but I do know that ryzen 7 is better at streaming than intel's i7 kaby/skylake

Overclocked, the non-x series of ryzen performs the same as the x series of ryzen. The x series is just basically overclocked out of the box, and you can push it a little bit, butnot much further.  See 13:00 in the video, Jay says that ryzen doesn't come close to the professional workflow of r7 1800x (obviously not the 1700).  The difference in games is subtle but ryzen is beaten by intel.  In workflow applications, intel on dominates in single-threaded performance.  Ryzen is overall better for streaming/workflow where intel gets it done, but has better game performance.  

 

Personal preference at that point

You could get Asus Strix X370-F, it is not that expensive but good and suitable for watercooling.
