Cpu only bottleneck?

I was playing battlefield 1 and I wasn't happy with the performance at all fps being around 40-60 so I decided to make a recording, I know for a fact that my processor is a bottleneck but I'd like to know if it's the only thing I should upgrade to "fix" the bottleneck.

My specs:

MSI GTX 1070 ARMOR EDITION @Stock

i3 6100 @Stock

16gb ddr4 2133 RAM

And I don't think the rest would really matter on performance

CPU is definitly your problem 100% at all times not good. Your GPU should be at 99-100% not your CPU

Yeah, the RAM is more than fast enough and RAM speed doesn't really make a noticeable difference anyway.  It's only the CPU that's a problem really.

Well it´s strange because a Pentium G4560 is capable of 60fps. Everything else is fine besides CPU usage. So yes, CPU

Yeah, you can clearly see that your GPU is only at around 30%-50% usage which indicates a heavy bottleneck from CPU.
