GTX 1050ti(4GB) or GTX 1060(6GB) for Video Editing

I am going to buy a laptop but confused about Graphic card should I buy GTX 1050TI(4GB) or GTX 1060(6GB). Which one is best for my requirement. Currently, I am working with 1080p footage. But in future can I edit my video in 4k with any of this GPU in Premiere Pro.  I need your suggestion Please (Other than budget)

If you can afford it then get the 1060.
The 1060 is an upgrade over the 1050ti, it's better in every way.

Is there any performance improvement in 1060 in video editing.

Maybe a little, I'm pretty sure that video editing is a CPU and RAM intensive task.

What about playback in Premiere Pro. When I apply color luts and apply color correction and do some green screen and all that. can I play smoothly my video after applying all these effects in a 2k or 4k footage without any frame drop?

very little since GPU acceleration only takes effect for specific effects and you just have a GPU to see most of the effect and having a more powerful one does little to improve it further. but still 1060 is a big leap from a 1050ti for everything else and will have better value used down the line (it's something i tend to consider allot)

then you are good to go, but a 7820HK or 7920HQ would have been a bit better (barely) but youll need AT LEAST 16GB of RAM get 32 if possible

Playback Depend on CPU or GPU? I think Rendering depends on CPU. What about Playback in Premiere pro with apply lots of effects in 2k or 4k footage.

VRAM is more important for video editing. 4GB should be enough for most uses though. GPU core doesn't really affect things unless it's GPU-aided rendering.
