Been planning on building a new pc for awhile ago and got my desk and a lot of other stuff I need today, but not the computer. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NFTzQV This is the list i've came up with. I am most likely going to wait on coffee lake but I wanted some feedback on this build

Also, if anyone can build a very similar system, 1080, same monitor, keyboard, and case under 1700 please do. I'd love to reduce the price a bit but stay within the same performance range. Im open to Ryzen btw, my main focus is gaming and school work. I also hope to use this rig heavily in the future for other types of use.

"Don't change anything about my build but make it $250 cheaper, thanks"

Not too much cheaper, but includes objectively better parts

why not ryzen?

Because the i7 is still better at 1080p gaming. Coming from a semi AMD fanboy.
