So what is phase shedding and what's it mean from say 100% to 140%? Also does it really help keep 32Gbs+ stable at 3000mhz+? Thanks

140% is current capacity is it not? Just brings s "wider total power range"

 

Phase shedding just shuts down phases for better efficiency. Huge waste of power having the VRM at full tilt if you're idle. So just shut unused ones off. Can also switch how fast they come on and off before, during and after load. 

 

Might help keep RAM stable. Lots of RAM would suck juice.
