I'd like to make a USB condom like the one on NODE but I'm confused about the website GitHub

https://github.com/N-O-D-E/USB_Condom_V4

What are the files for...? I'd just like to get a PCB and USB port... Please don't answer with some smart Alec answer, I've never used this website and I don't like downloading files from a website I haven't used before. I mean, if I want to build one of these, you should expect that from me...

Or you could buy it here https://n-o-d-e.net/shop/

They're sold out there, and I can't find anything like this. But, thank you @ignaloidas

Those are gerber files used by pcb fabs for production. They contain all the data on your traces, vias, soldermask, board shape, etc. They are generated by a pcb design software such as eagle or kicad. If you want to make your own you could use a service like osh park and get some pcb's made. Just know that  those files are only for the pcb. You still need to buy all the parts required to assemble the board. If you have a bill of materials (BOM) for that board you can easily get the parts from a site like digikey or mouser.

Case: Phanteks Evolve X with ITX mount  cpu: Ryzen 3900X 4.35ghz all cores Motherboard: MSI X570 Unify gpu: EVGA 1070 SC  psu: Phanteks revolt x 1200W Memory: 64GB Kingston Hyper X oc'd to 3600mhz ssd: Sabrent Rocket 4.0 1TB ITX System CPU: 4670k  Motherboard: some cheap asus h87 Ram: 16gb corsair vengeance 1600mhz

You can very easily make your own without a PCB. Just cut a cheap normal USB extension cable and embed the little circuit explained in this link in the cable:

http://www.electroschematics.com/11871/diy-usb-condom-circuit/

Basically, you only connect power and ground and not the data cables. That way no data at all, malicious or not, can get trough. Then a set of resistors is added that indicate to the device it is allowed to charge at high current. It should also work without those resistors, but charging will be limited to low power mode.
